We are seeking enthusiastic Support Care Workers to join our growing team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to our service users. This is an opportunity to make a real impact while developing professionally in a supportive environment.
Location: Banbury (OX16) or Bicester (OX25 & OX26)
About the Role
As a Support Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of individuals in their own homes. You will promote dignity, independence, and respect while delivering tailored care that meets each person’s unique needs.
Working Hours: Morning calls start around 6:30am and evening calls finish up to 11pm. Ideally, you would be available for alternate weekends. There is potential for 'school hours' and we’re happy to discuss your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Support service users with their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and light household duties
- Build strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to health & safety and safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Business insurance for vehicle use
- Flexible to drive across Banbury and surrounding areas including Bicester
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid right to work in the UK
- Candidates with British or European citizenship are preferred
