Location: Ashington and Storrington

Shifts: Mornings 8am-2pm OR 4pm-8pm, Alternate weekends

The Role: We are looking for caring and dependable Weekend & Evening Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting clients in Billingshurst, Wisborough Green and Loxwood. You will provide essential support to clients in their homes during evenings and weekends, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their wellbeing. At ADSL Care, we prioritise consistent clients and local rounds, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while working within a manageable travel area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting clients with medication reminders
  • Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Helping clients with mobility and daily routines
  • Maintaining accurate care records

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring, patient, and compassionate attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Previous care experience
  • Must be able to work the set shift schedule listed above
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
