Sonderwell Staffing Solutions are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. At Sonderwell, we are dedicated to connecting experianced support workers with clients in need of temporary staffing solutions. Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of both our clients and the individuals we place.

As an Account Manager no day is the same! You will be responsible for always providing excellent customer service to your clients and building a fantastic rapport with our Support Workers. We are looking for an outgoing people person who is able to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Consistently interview and recruit new Support Workers to ensure all needs of clients are met.
  • Build a good rapport with our Support Workers to ensure they always feel supported and valued in their role.
  • Develop new relationships with prospect clients to ensure a growth in your client base.
