Your Role

  • Lead and support staff in identifying and meeting children’s individual needs
  • Develop and oversee strategies and support plans for children with SEND
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, external agencies, and professionals
  • Champion inclusion and advocate for the voice of every child

About You

  • Level 3 qualified in Early Years or equivalent
  • Experienced or confident in supporting children with SEND
