Care Business Administrator
Salary: Β£24,785 per year

We are looking for an experienced and organised Care Business Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support across the care business.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous care administration experience who understands the demands of working within a care environment and is confident managing a busy workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the care business
- Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
- Updating systems and databases
- Supporting the management team with general administration
- Assisting with staff records, compliance and documentation
- Managing emails, telephone calls and correspondence
- Supporting with rotas, scheduling and other operational tasks
- Liaising professionally with staff, service users, families and external professionals
- Ensuring paperwork and records are kept accurate and up to date
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service
About You
- Previous care administration experience is essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Professional, reliable and approachable
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection within a care setting
