This full-time position is ideal for an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to take on a senior role, manage complex cases, and provide clinical leadership across both Children's and Adult Services.

What you will do

  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of children with physical disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments within community settings.
  • Assess, recommend, and arrange specialist equipment and seating solutions.
  • Complete major and minor adaptations assessments to support independence and safety.
  • Undertake moving and handling assessments and develop appropriate support plans.
  • Carry out Occupational Therapy housing assessments and provide recommendations for suitable adaptations.
  • Manage a complex caseload across both Children's and Adult Services.
  • Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and professional support to colleagues.
  • Line manage two Occupational Therapists, supporting their development and performance.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deli
