Are you a passionate, skilled NMC-registered Practice Nurse looking for an incredible opportunity in a successful GP Surgery? We are partnering with a well-established GP surgery in Northwest London to recruit a Practice Nurse on a six-month fixed term basis, starting immediately, with the possibility of extension. This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment on a part or full time basis.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing high-quality patient care in line with primary care protocols
- Managing long-term conditions, chronic disease reviews, and routine health checks
- Supporting immunisations, smears, and other practice nursing duties
- Working closely with GPs, paramedics, and other multidisciplinary colleagues
- Delivering patient education and promoting self-care initiatives
What we're looking for:
- NMC-registered UK-trained Practice Nurse
- Experience working in a GP Surgery
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- Prescribing qualification is ideal but not essential
