Are you a passionate, skilled NMC-registered Practice Nurse looking for an incredible opportunity in a successful GP Surgery? We are partnering with a well-established GP surgery in Northwest London to recruit a Practice Nurse on a six-month fixed term basis, starting immediately, with the possibility of extension. What you'll be doing:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in line with primary care protocols
  • Managing long-term conditions, chronic disease reviews, and routine health checks
  • Supporting immunisations, smears, and other practice nursing duties
  • Working closely with GPs, paramedics, and other multidisciplinary colleagues
  • Delivering patient education and promoting self-care initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • NMC-registered UK-trained Practice Nurse
  • Experience working in a GP Surgery
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
  • Prescribing qualification is ideal but not essential
