A well run and genuinely friendly GP surgery in North West London is looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their team on a 6 month contract with an immediate start. This is not a remote or box ticking position. You will be on site, seeing patients, prescribing, doing structured medication reviews and taking real ownership of your clinics.
You will be running medication reviews and optimisation clinics, dealing with acute and repeat prescribing, supporting long term condition management and helping reduce GP workload in a meaningful way.
