Long Term Locum Practice Nurse in North West London on a 6 month contract starting ASAP. This is a fully on site role with ARRS aligned pay, paid weekly. A well run and genuinely friendly GP surgery in North West London is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their team on a 6 month contract with an immediate start.
This is a proper hands on role where you will be fully embedded into the practice, working closely with GPs, ANPs, Pharmacists and the wider PCN to support patient care and keep things running smoothly. This is not a remote or box ticking position. You will be on site, seeing patients, running clinics and delivering the full range of general practice nursing services. If you enjoy being part of a practice team rather than floating between sites, this one will suit you nicely.
What you will be doing:
- Running long term condition clinics
- Chronic disease management
