The Opportunity:
We are seeking a committed, list-holding Salaried GP to join a well-established, supportive GP practice in Andover. This permanent role is for 6 sessions per week (Monday, Thursday and Friday). You will deliver a mix of routine appointments and duty (same-day) clinics within a collaborative, well-organised environment.
About the Practice:
- Serving a growing patient list of approx. 15,600, increasing by around 3% annually
- Friendly, stable clinical team including GPs, ANPs, nurses, HCA and strong admin support
- Modern, recently extended premises with a dedicated staff space and a positive, sociable culture
- Personal list system encouraging continuity of care
- Minimal home visits and no out-of-hours commitment
- Streamlined admin systems with efficient medical secretary support, Docman, and task-based referrals
- Access to additional roles including First Contact Physios, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Social Prescribers, GP Assistants and Health & Wellbeing Coaches
- Active, collaborative PCN with local hub support
