About the Practice

We are a well-established, 8-partner GP practice delivering high-quality patient care to 15,000 patients in North Sheffield. As a proud training practice, we support GP Registrars, Medical Students, Physician Associates, and apprentices. We have a strong clinical and administrative team and use SystmOne.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the operational, financial, HR, and strategic functions of our practice. You’ll work closely with the GP partners to ensure high performance, compliance, and excellent patient service in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on finance, HR, operations, and strategic planning
  • Oversee budgets, payroll, and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and contractual targets (QOF, IIF, Enhanced Services)
  • Manage health & safety, premises, and IT systems
  • Support service development and business continuity planning
