If you fancy working with a practice that has its act together, this is the one. I have worked with them for years and they have consistently been the kind of surgery that makes you think that primary care might just survive after all. Calm. Supportive. Properly run. No nonsense. No drama.

You will see roughly fifteen patients per session with your own admin and very unlikely visits. The team give you the space to get on with being a great GP without someone tapping you on the shoulder every five minutes. It is the sort of place where clinicians stay longer than they plan to because it is actually enjoyable. Yes, that does still exist.

What they want

A solid GP who can hit the ground running with Emis web

2-4 days per week starting ASAP for minimum of 3 months with a view of extending

Someone who works well with a team that has a sense of humour and a sense of direction

A doctor who values good workflow rather than wrestling with chaos
