A well run and genuinely friendly GP surgery in North West London is looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you will be fully embedded into the practice, working closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider PCN to support patient care and keep things running smoothly.
This is not a remote or box ticking position. You will be on site, seeing patients, prescribing, doing structured medication reviews, and taking real ownership of your clinics. If you enjoy being part of a practice team rather than a ghost on a laptop, this role will suit you nicely.
