Healthii People is recruiting on behalf of a well-established GP practice in Hertfordshire for a Lead Practice Nurse to join their friendly and supportive team. This full-time role includes one late evening clinic each week.
You will lead the nursing team, supervise clinical staff, manage rotas, support IPC and governance, and drive quality improvements while delivering immunisations, chronic disease care and health checks.
