Lead Practice Nurse Flexible Hours Healthii People is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, high-performing GP surgery based in a beautiful semi-rural part of Kent . We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Lead Practice Nurse to join a supportive and welcoming team caring for over 15,500 patients. Why this role? This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact in a thriving, patient-centred practice. The surgery is a dispensing and training practice offering a range of additional services including Minor Surgery, Vasectomies, and Gynaecology Clinics. You’ll be leading a fantastic team of 3 Registered Nurses and 3 HCAs—supporting their development, managing clinical delivery, and helping shape high-quality care for the community.
