The practice currently cares for over 16,800 patients across two well organised sites and benefits from a large, experienced multidisciplinary team including Salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, FCPs and a dedicated Paramedic Home Visiting Team via the PCN.
