Clinical Pharmacist – Full Time Location: Reading, GP Surgery Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum About the Practice On behalf of a leading GP surgery in Reading, Healthii People is recruiting a full-time Pharmacist to join a highly rated and innovative healthcare team. The practice supports over 32,000 patients, including more than 9,000 university students, and operates as a standalone Primary Care Network (PCN), enabling agile, patient-focused decision-making. With consecutive \’Outstanding\’ CQC ratings, this practice is committed to delivering safe, high-quality care and continuously seeks ways to innovate and improve. The Role As a full-time Pharmacist, you\’ll work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality medication-related care, optimise prescribing, and ensure safe medicines use.
