Clinical Pharmacist (Salaried Role, Windsor PCN)
A forward-thinking Primary Care Network in the Windsor area is looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their expanding team. This is a salaried position with a competitive package of up to £59,000 per annum, offering security, development, and the chance to make a genuine impact across a diverse patient population.

The role
As a Clinical Pharmacist within the PCN, you will:
- Lead on medicines optimisation across member practices
- Deliver structured medication reviews, particularly for patients with long-term conditions or polypharmacy
- Provide safe, effective, and cost-conscious prescribing support
- Offer patient consultations in person, by phone, or video for medicines-related queries
- Support QOF, prescribing incentive schemes, and safety audits
- Collaborate with GPs, nurses, community pharmacies, care homes, and wider NHS partners
What we’re looking for
- GPhC registered Pharmacist
- Primary care experience ideal (hospital or community background considered)
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Independent Prescribing qualification desirable
