The team at HealthHero is currently seeking to recruit receptionists to support our operations on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with an opportunity for an immediate start. As a valued member of our team, our Receptionists will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care services throughout Wiltshire, Swindon, and Bath and North East Somerset.
About The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Receptionists to join our Out of Hours Base Team during the busy winter months. This is a flexible, minimum-hours contract designed to provide essential support to our services when demand is high. Our Urgent Care service operates across Wiltshire, with bases in Chippenham, Keynsham, Salisbury and Swindon.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
- Record patient arrival times
- Support clinicians as required
- Handle queries promptly and efficiently
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
