Job summary
As a result of continued growth, HealthHero are seeking to recruit one Urgent Care Assistant to undertake driving, receptionist and base duties to support the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care services across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset on a part-time, permanent basis.
Our shift patterns vary and include weekday evenings, weekends, and a commitment to work some overnight sessions (23.00-08.00). Please note that shift patterns and rota flexibility can be discussed at the application stage.
Main duties of the job
As an Urgent Care Assistant, you will be required to undertake a dual role of driving and reception work to support the efficient operation of Integrated Urgent Care services across the South West locality.

- Telephone clinical assessment and consultation
- Video consultations
- Face-to-face appointments at our treatment centres
- Home visits for patients unable to travel
- Clinical assessment and advice following NHS 111 referrals
- In-hours care coordination, helping patients and healthcare professionals access the most appropriate care pathway
