We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our People team on a 9β12 month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This is a hands-on role for someone who has already worked at Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level and can make an impact from day one.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Hybrid. London office at least 2 days per week, plus travel to our Bracknell office twice a month or as required
About the role
Reporting to the HR Director, UK & Ireland, and working closely with our Chief People Officer, you'll provide expert HR support across our UK & Ireland business and contribute to key People projects across the Group.
The key elements of the role include, but are not limited to:
HR technology and AI: Maintain and develop our AI-powered HR tools and knowledge bases. Drive process automation and support People analytics and reporting.
People projects and change: Lead on strategic Group-wide projects, including acquisitions, HR due diligence, employee transfers, organisational design and our annual Year-End Review process.
Employee experience: Lead on projects such as our Employee Exchange Programme, engagement surveys and our CSR initiatives.
Core HR: You'll deliver the fundamentals of our HR service. You'll lead and support employee relations activity, coach managers on people matters, and develop HR policies and manager training.
