The Role
- Collecting stock and equipment for clinics
- Setting up and preparing examination rooms for clinicians
- Acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures
- Supporting clinic administration, ensuring reports are completed accurately and outcomes recorded
- Assisting with wider administrative tasks as required
Your role will be vital in ensuring clinics run smoothly and that patients receive a compassionate, efficient, and high quality experience. This is a mobile role, and you will be required to travel to clinic locations across BLMK (Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes), depending on service demand and operational requirements. Services operate seven days a week, and work will be offered on a zero hours basis, with shifts typically between 07:00/07:30 and 17:30/18:00. Availability to work across weekdays and weekends is essential.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Previous Administration Experience Is Desirable But Not Essential.
- IT literate and confident using computer systems

Training & Compliance
Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive two week training programme from day one, equipping them with all the skills and knowledge required for the Healthcare Assistant role. All appointments are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at the appropriate level and verification of right to work documentation.
