About Medinet Group
Medinet Group is a dynamic healthcare organisation committed to delivering high-quality clinical services across the UK. Our integrated businesses – Medinet (insourcing), HealthHarmonie (community specialist services), and HealthHarmonie Minds (mental health and wellbeing services) – work collaboratively with NHS and healthcare partners to improve patient access, reduce waiting times, and drive innovation in healthcare delivery.
As Mobilisation Manager, you will take each new community healthcare contract from award to a safe, stable go-live. This is a hands-on role. You will be on site, working with commissioners, clinical teams and every internal department needed to get staff, systems and premises ready for day one.
What you’ll be doing
- Building a detailed mobilisation plan for every new Community contract
- Turning contractual obligations and service specifications into clear, sequenced tasks
- Agreeing timelines, milestones and go-live criteria with commissioners and senior management
- Coordinating Resource, Bid, Contracts, Recruitment, Compliance, IT and clinical teams
- Running mobilisation meetings and making sure actions get done
- Acting as the main point of contact for commissioners and clients throughout mobilisation
- Managing go-live readiness, handing over to operational teams and supporting them in the weeks after launch
- Managing each mobilisation budget and reporting progress, risks and spend
- Reviewing every mobilisation after go-live so the next one runs better
What you’ll bring
- A track record mobilising healthcare service contracts, ideally community services (this is about launching clinical services, not IT or systems implementation)
- A solid understanding of community healthcare, NHS commissioning and ICBs
- A hands-on, detail-focused approach and comfort working on site with new services
- Strong relationships with commissioners and clinical teams
- Experience managing project-level budgets
- PRINCE2 desirable
Why Medinet Community?
You will see each new service through from contract award to go-live and know that patients are getting safe, well-run care from day one because of the work you did.
You will report to our Project Manager (Operations).
