Your Day in the Life of a Healthcare Assistant:
As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will play a vital role in supporting our services and ensuring a high-quality patient experience across our clinics. You will work closely with clinicians and administrative teams, ensuring all patient records and data are handled accurately and efficiently. In addition, you will enhance the patient journey by delivering a welcoming and professional experience, carrying out GDPR and relevant health and safety checks, and supporting the smooth running of clinic operations. You will assist with appointment coordination and ensure all clinical areas meet strict infection control standards to provide a safe environment for both patients and staff. Your contribution will be essential in delivering an efficient, compassionate, and patient-focused service.
Please note our service operates seven days a week. This role is a part-time weekend position, with shifts scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays in line with service requirements.
Location Worcester:
This is a mobile role based in Worcester. Your primary clinic locations will be BHI Parkside, Elbury Moor Surgery and Aylmer Lodge Surgery. While your primary clinic locations will be within the Worcestershire area, occasional travel to other clinic sites may be required to support service delivery.
Department Dermatology:
- Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when capturing and handling patient data
- Confident using IT systems and digital platforms
- Previous healthcare or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and taking pride in your work
You will be enrolled on our comprehensive training programme from day one, which will equip you with the knowledge and technical skills required for the role.

- Working Pattern: Saturday and Sunday

- Competitive salary based on a full-time equivalent salary of £27,144
- Opportunity to increase earnings up to £28,641 upon completion of additional competencies
