The Opportunity We're looking for a Head of Workforce to lead the strategic and operational workforce function across our Minds and Community services. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who can turn workforce planning into a genuine competitive advantage - ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, to deliver outstanding community-based care while supporting ambitious growth plans. You'll own workforce modelling, demand and capacity planning, and the rollout of workforce systems that make our operations scalable, efficient and data-driven. Working closely with our Transformation Team, you'll shape how workforce strategy aligns with new service developments and evolving clinical pathways - and you'll lead our Clinical Liaison and Scheduling teams to get there.
