We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build upon an early career in recruitment to develop skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will be working alongside experienced recruiters and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters by managing job adverts and candidate applications.
  • Source candidates proactively using job boards, LinkedIn, and CV databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide feedback to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to building and maintaining talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Provide administrative support across the recruitment function.

Accountabilities

  • Timely and accurate candidate communication.
  • Delivery of shortlists to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping within ATS.
  • Positive representation of Medinet Group to candidates at all times.
