We're looking for a Clinical Engagement Officer to join our People Function and play a central role in supporting the day‑to‑day experience of our employed clinicians across the Group. This is a highly interactive and operational role acting as the primary point of contact for clinicians on all nonclinical matters. You'll take ownership of clinician queries, work cross‑functionally with teams such as Scheduling, Finance, Payroll, and Operations, and ensure questions are resolved efficiently and professionally. If you're organised, proactive, great with people, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams in a fast‑paced environment, this role offers the opportunity to directly influence clinician experience, operational effectiveness, and service delivery at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Clinician Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Acting as the main point of contact for employed clinicians for all nonclinical queries
  • Building strong, supportive, and professional relationships
  • Providing clear guidance on operational processes, systems, and service requirements
  • Operational Coordination & Accountability
    • Taking end‑to‑end ownership of clinician queries
    • Working closely with Scheduling, Finance, Payroll, and Operations teams
    • Following up on outstanding issues and ensuring timely responses
    • Escalating or prioritising issues that impact delivery or clinician experience
    • Ensuring transparent communication between clinicians and internal teams
  • Workforce Support
    • Supporting clinicians with queries relating to pay, scheduling, invoicing, or system access
    • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve workforce‑related operational challenges
