About Us
HealthHarmonie, part of the Medinet group, is a leading private healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients across the UK. We specialise in partnering with the NHS and ICB's to provide innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery.
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and resilient CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service) Pathway Coordinator to join our ADHD Assessment Service. This role plays a vital part in supporting children and young people referred for ADHD assessment, ensuring they and their families experience a structured, reassuring, and well-coordinated journey from referral through to assessment, treatment, and ongoing care.
As a key point of contact for patients, parents/guardians, clinicians, GPs, schools, and internal teams, you will deliver clear communication and strong operational coordination - helping families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their time with the service.
About The Role
As a CAMHS Patient Liaison Officer, you will:
- Manage referrals via e-RS and email, ensuring accurate and timely patient onboarding
- Coordinate triage calls, Assessment A & B appointments, and follow-up reviews
- Obtain and monitor required documentation (e.g. Photo I.D, consent forms, informant questionnaires)
- Provide administrative and technical support during both face-to-face and virtual consultations
- Process, quality check, and distribute clinical reports using EMIS and Hero Health
- Support titration scheduling and ongoing continuing care pathways
- Liaise with GPs, schools, and external professionals to support shared care and communication
- Act as the first point of contact for patients and guardians, providing calm, empathetic, and professional guidance
- Escalate safeguarding or clinical concerns appropriately in line with service policy and governance procedures
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in line with GDPR and Caldicott Principles
The service operates 7 days per week, 12 hours per day, therefore flexibility to work shift patterns is essential.
Essential What You'll Need
- Experience in a healthcare, Children/Adolescent Services, or patient-facing administrative role

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working with confidential patient data and digital systems
- A professional, empathetic, and resilient approach when supporting vulnerable service users
