The Role
- As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will support the effective day‑to‑day running of outpatient clinics.
- Collecting stock and equipment for clinics
- Setting up and preparing examination rooms for clinicians
- Acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures
- Supporting clinic administration, ensuring reports are completed accurately and outcomes recorded
- Assisting with wider administrative tasks as required
Your role will be vital in ensuring clinics run smoothly and that patients receive a compassionate, efficient, and high‑quality experience. This is a mobile role, requiring travel to clinic locations across South East London. Services operate seven days a week, with shifts typically between 07:00/07:30 and 17:30/18:00. Availability to work across weekdays and weekends is essential.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- IT literate and confident using computer systems
- A strong commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care
- Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a mobile role
- Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential
Training & Compliance
Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive two‑week training programme from day one, equipping them with all the skills and knowledge required for the role. All appointments are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at the appropriate level and verification of right‑to‑work documentation.
