About Medinet Group

Medinet Group is a dynamic healthcare organisation committed to delivering high-quality clinical services across the UK. Our integrated businesses - Medinet (insourcing), HealthHarmonie (community specialist services), and HealthHarmonie Minds (mental health and wellbeing services) - work collaboratively with NHS and healthcare partners to improve patient access, reduce waiting times, and drive innovation in healthcare delivery.

As our Project Manager (Operations), you will take ownership of the full Operations project schedule. You will decide what gets prioritised, make sure every project has proper governance, and give our Senior Operations Team one clear view of progress, risk and spend. The role reports to the Senior Operations Team and line manages the Mobilisation Manager (Community) and Project Coordinators.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and prioritising the Operations project portfolio against organisational goals, capacity and budget
  • Agreeing scope, objectives and success measures for each project with senior leaders
  • Setting up and running governance: approval gates, risk and issue logs, change control and regular reporting
  • Overseeing all Community mobilisations
  • Directly leading projects that sit outside specialist delivery roles
  • Holding a consolidated view of portfolio budgets and reporting cash flow, actuals and variance to the Senior Management Team each month
  • Leading post-project reviews and using the lessons to raise the standard of delivery across the business

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience running a portfolio of concurrent projects, not just single projects
  • Experience line managing or leading project and delivery staff
  • Experience building and running project governance frameworks (PRINCE2 or MSP highly desirable)
  • Confidence managing finances across multiple project budgets
  • The ability to prioritise competing demands and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong command of project management software
  • Knowledge of NHS structures and healthcare contract mobilisation is a real advantage

Why Medinet?

You will shape how a growing healthcare organisation delivers change. Your work will have a direct effect on how quickly new services reach patients and how well the business scales.
