As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business through outbound sales efforts, including calling and emailing potential clients, while also managing inbound leads. You will play a crucial role in expanding our clientele and promoting our innovative SaaS solutions. Any previous SDR experience will be invaluable in this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Understand the needs of potential clients and tailor product demos to showcase how our solutions can address their challenges.
- Manage the sales pipeline using our CRM system, Hubspot, keeping track of interactions, updates, and progress.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market intelligence to effectively position our offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience (both onboardings and inbounds).
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in outbound sales calls and emails, with strong prospecting skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and an understanding of the software sales cycle is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
