Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business through outbound sales efforts, including calling and emailing potential clients, while also managing inbound leads. You will play a crucial role in expanding our clientele and promoting our innovative SaaS solutions. Any previous SDR experience will be invaluable in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and follow‑ups.
- Understand the needs of potential clients and tailor product demos to showcase how our solutions can address their challenges.
- Manage the sales pipeline using our CRM system, HubSpot, keeping track of interactions, updates, and progress.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market intelligence to effectively position our offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience (both onboardings and inbounds).
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in outbound sales calls and emails, with strong prospecting skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and an understanding of the software sales cycle is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
