The Business Technology team exists to make sure the systems that power our business keep up — not justrunning, butevolving alongside the teams that depend on them.We'rehiring two Senior Business Systems Analysts to join our GTM Systems team and help us do exactly that.
The GTM Systems team ownsSalesforceand the broader GTM tech stack that powers how our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Support organizationsoperate. As a Senior BSA,you'llbe a core contributoronthat team — building solutions, partnering directly with GTM leaders to define our AIstrategyand driving implementation that changes how the business runs.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL GET TO
- Build and ship.Own the Salesforce platform for your GTM domain — configuration, automation,integrationsand data — from requirements through deployment and ongoing health.
- Lead AI strategy and enablement.Partner directly with GTM teams to define our AI strategy and lead implementation — using Claude, AIagentsand other tools to reimagine workflows, not just automate the current state.
- Bethetrusted partner.Embed yourself in how GTM teamsactually work— surfacing friction before stakeholdershave totell you about it, translating what you find into requirements, and building the case for what needs to change.
- Thinkinsystems.Design solutions for longevity — thinking upstream and downstream,anticipatingwhat breaks three hops down the road and building for scale, not just speed.
- Measure what matters.Connect what you build to business outcomes. Know whether your solution moved the needle and be able to explainimpactin business terms, not just technical ones.
- Raise the bar on how we work.Contribute to the team's AI-first operating model — using AI tools in your daily workflow to accelerate documentation, analysis,testingand solution design.
- Keep the lights on.Support platform health: data integrity, security,integrationsand the day-to-day responsiveness that keeps end users moving.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in business systems, sales/revenue operations, or GTM technology roles — with proven, hands-on experience owning Salesforce end-to-end (configuration, flows, objects, integrations, data)
- Admin-level Salesforce experience with a builder's mindset —you'remost comfortable whenyou'rein the system doing the work, not just advising on it
- Experiencepartnering with GTM teams on AI strategy and implementation —you'vehelped define the approach and shipped it, not justparticipatedin the conversation
- Strong systems thinking — you see upstream and downstream impacts, design for longevity, anddon'tautomate broken processes
- Stakeholder fluency — you can hold firm on technical constraints while keeping relationships intact, and you translate complexity into language executivesactually acton
- Data fluency — you extract,validateand interpret data tovalidatewhat you build and decide what comes next
- Comfort with ambiguity — this team is building its own playbook andyou'llhelp write it; youdon'tneed a perfect brief to get started
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft,Workato, Boomi or similar) for integration work is a strong plus
- Familiarity with the full GTM ecosystem — marketing automation, CS platforms,PSAand support tooling — and how they connect to Salesforce
- AI-first by default: you already reach for AI tools in your daily work, experiment on your own, and are genuinely curious aboutwhat'snext — not just willing to use AI when asked

The annual US base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $157,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
