About the role
South Eastern Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Grade 1 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This is a full time or casual position based at our hospital in Noble Park, VIC. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services to support the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients.
What you\’ll be doing
Assessing patients\’ physical conditions and developing individualised treatment plans to address their needs
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care
Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and ongoing wellbeing
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and contributing to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
What we\’re looking for
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
At least 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably within a hospital or rehabilitation setting
Strong clinical skills and the ability to apply evidence-based practice in the assessment and treatment of patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
A demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
