Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a national organization that provides a variety of direct and indirect (agency) services to the healthcare sector. We are currently experiencing high demand for our Home Care (Aged in the Home) services in the West Sydney area and are looking for passionate and caring people to join our team to deliver these services.
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will assist elderly clients living at home, promoting independence and choice. You will deliver high-quality assistance using a person-centred approach, maintaining compliance with standards, adhering to organizational policies and procedures, and promoting the core values of Healthcare Australia.
- Assisting with domestic duties and household chores including washing, ironing, vacuuming, dusting
- Assisting with the preparation and cooking of meals
- Assisting with social support and encouraging engagement in social activities

To be considered:
- Experience supporting the elderly or Cert III in a relevant field is highly desirable
- Valid AU driver's license
- Reliable vehicle to transport between client locations (KM's are paid)
- Current accredited First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Vaccinated against COVID and current Flu
- Those without previous experience can still apply as you may be qualified for our HomeAide Training Program
