Improve Experiences:
- Provide an excellent standard of evidence-based and person-centred care by working in partnership with therapists and assisting them in various duties as required, such as the application of exercise and treatment theories, preparing equipment and rooms, individual/group treatment sessions, evaluation plans, and goal and discharge planning.
- Demonstrate professional practice by adhering to Healthscope's policies and processes, code of conduct, and by participating in yearly performance appraisals and mandatory education. Maintain skills and standards of customer/patient service and ensure patient confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times.

- Act as a valued member of the interdisciplinary team by assisting treating therapists, nurses, and other staff in providing exceptional care/service, providing feedback to the treating therapist or nursing staff on the patient's performance/status, participating in team meetings, and raising any questions or concerns related to patient care to create an experience that makes a difference.
- Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners, using a customer service mindset, to enable high-quality patient outcomes.
