We are looking for casual Support Workers to help the people we support in our Nelson Residential Services.

This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and to do the things they want to do such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks and teaching life skills. - The list is endless!

Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
  • Full driver's license is essential.

You need to be respectful of others thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own.

  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.
