As Account Director, you will take full ownership of commercial performance within your region, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction and long-term contract success. You will lead strategic development of key accounts, influence renewal and retention activity, and collaborate closely with operational and local account management teams to deliver exceptional service. - Take overall responsibility for portfolio revenue, customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Achieve and exceed growth KPIs through collaboration with GMs, CRMs and Operational teams.
- Knowledge, Skills & Experience

- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence at all levels and build effective working relationships.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrable track record in sales, key account management or customer service in healthcare or a service industry.
- Experience managing multiple large accounts, alongside new business development.
- Coaching leadership style with ability to motivate teams.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office; knowledge of SOL/AX desirable).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
