Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Pay: $43 - $45

Job Duties
- Screen and assess patients, evaluate the medical/dental history.
- Maintain and review patients' records, charts, and other pertinent information.
- Provide preventative oral health services as directed by the dentist on staff.
- Provide patient education, teaching patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health and prevent tooth decay and gum disease.
- Counsel patients about good nutrition and its impact on oral health.
- Recommend community resources to meet patient and family needs.
- Provide monitoring and continuity of care between clinic visits as required.
- Assist in the sterilization and sharpening of instruments as assigned, following infection control guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
