We are recruiting a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to work for a GP Practice in Bude
Main Duties:
Medication reviews, NOAC reviews, hospital discharges, medication switches, medication reviews, SMRs and some chronic disease management relating to medications.
The successful candidate:
- Registered Pharmacist with Advanced Practice Masters qualification in Pharmacy
- Non-Medical Prescriber desired but not essential
- Experience of working within a GP Practice essential
Contract start date: ASAP
3-5 days per week.
Contract Length: 5+ months
Based on site - NO REMOTE WORKING
