We are recruiting a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to work for a GP Practice in Bude.
Main Duties:
- Medication reviews
- NOAC reviews
- Hospital discharges
- Medication switches
- SMRs
- Some chronic disease management relating to medications
The successful candidate will be a Registered Pharmacist with an Advanced Practice Masters qualification in Pharmacy. A Non-Medical Prescriber qualification is desired but not essential. Experience of working within a GP Practice is essential.
