We are recruiting a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to work for a GP Practice in Bude.
Main Duties:
- Medication reviews
- NOAC reviews
- Hospital discharges
- Medication switches
- SMRs
- Some chronic disease management relating to medications
The successful candidate will be a Registered Pharmacist with an Advanced Practice Masters qualification in Pharmacy. A Non-Medical Prescriber qualification is desired but not essential. Experience of working within a GP Practice is essential.
Based on site - NO REMOTE WORKING. Lovely, friendly and supportive team. Immediate start. £28 to £35 per hour. Paid weekly. On-time and weekly pay. Excellent 1 to 1 consultation service. Opportunities to work nationwide. Quick and easy registration process.
