What You’ll Be Doing
As our HR, People and Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role at the heart of our people operations. This role spans the full employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding, payroll to pensions, and learning to talent attraction. You will be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring seamless processes and a consistently supportive employee journey.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the full employee lifecycle, from offer letters through to exit interviews
- Managing payroll actions, pensions, and benefits administration
- Owning the HR calendar and ensuring timely delivery of key activities
- Supporting internal training programmes and e‑learning rollouts
- Driving inclusive, efficient recruitment and onboarding processes
- Collaborating on wellbeing, engagement, and diversity initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and producing insightful HR reports
Requirements
