What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating the full employee lifecycle, from offer letters through to exit interviews
  • Managing payroll actions, pensions, and benefits administration
  • Owning the HR calendar and ensuring timely delivery of key activities
  • Supporting internal training programmes and e‑learning rollouts
  • Driving inclusive, efficient recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Collaborating on wellbeing, engagement, and diversity initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and producing insightful HR reports

What You’ll Bring
