As a Research Manager at HRW, you will own projects from end‑to‑end. You will juggle multiple studies with confidence, partnering closely with Project Directors, guiding Project Executives, and building strong, trusted relationships with clients. You will play a key role in growing our business by nurturing existing accounts and spotting opportunities for repeat and new work. You will also help develop the next generation of researchers, coaching junior team members and supporting their growth. Alongside structured training in research, the pharmaceutical industry, and soft skills, you will continue to expand your expertise on the job. You will work with your line manager to shape your development path. You may also take on line‑management responsibilities as you grow.
What will you be doing?
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams, oversee fieldwork, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Project Design: Define research methodologies, design materials, and ensure client approvals are obtained.
- Project Analysis and Deliverables: Lead data analysis and reporting, ensuring insights meet client expectations. Review deliverables and manage client follow‑ups for relationship growth.
- Proposals and Business Development: Interpret client briefs, write proposals, and develop commercial awareness. Aim to become an account owner and track sales targets.
