To provide an efficient, professional and friendly Office Administrator service to work in our temporary Cumnock office. The service covers both Local Authority and Private Clients.
In time, to be the on-call person, answering queries to the general public, existing Clients and the Local Authorities with whom we work closely with.
To provide a high standard of administrative support to our customers, Clients and our staff at all times in a non-judgemental or discriminatory manner
Answering the telephones in a polite and well-constructed manner at all times, taking accurate messages and being able to deal with these in an efficient manner
Assisting with Client or Local Authority queries and dealing with them in a timely manner
Ensuring clear visibility of our website and the services we offer on our website and keeping this updated weekly
Making weekly Staff and Client calls to monitor the service that we provide
Working closely with the Managing Director and Supervisor of the service at all times and highlighting any issues/discrepancies with the service in a speedy and effective manner
Ensure written records are maintained and updated where applicable (including financial records and storing receipts safely for our clients), in relation to the support given β including keeping records of any financial transactions made on behalf of our clients
General office duties, filing, photocopying, ensuring the office is kept clean and tidy at all times
Meeting and greeting any external visitors in a professional manner
Using our inhouse software on a daily basis and showing enthusiasm to learn is vital for this role
Interacting and communicating with people that we support in a way that promotes dignity, choice and respect at all times
Work as part of a team at all times and respectful of the service we provide to our Clients and their families at all times
Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of the other members of the office team, whilst maintaining your own health and safety in accordance with our Health and Safety Regulations and in conjunction with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
To adhere to the regulatory bodies in Scotland governing our industry β such as Disclosure Scotland β and to ensure that all relevant training is completed and up-to-date and continued in line with our Regulatory Bodies, and to comply with such requests made by Healthcare Plus Homecare Services as your Employer
To be ambassadors for Healthcare Plus at all times and representatives of Healthcare Plus by providing the highest quality of care at all times, each and every time for our clients and their families
