- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and API development
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Dataverse
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in automation, AI, or low-code development (Desirable: NHS/public sector experience)
- Experience developing automation workflows using Power Automate
- Knowledge of workflow automation & digital transformation
- Knowledge of AI Builder & chatbot automation
- Experience with SQL, APIs, and Power Platform connectors
- Understanding of Inventory & Procurement digital systems
- Experience working in NHS or public sector digital transformation
