We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join us! This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £37,676 - £44,811 per annum.

Your role will involve:
- Provide a professional Occupational Therapy / Reablement Service, including statutory Social Care responsibilities.
- Contribute to Service delivery that is person-centred and outcome focused with an emphasis on encouraging independence and enabling recovery.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to address complex needs and achieve best outcomes for individuals and their Carers.
- Work with health colleagues to ensure safe and timely discharges from hospital and step down beds in the community.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Experienced in coordinating/liaising with multiple agencies/organisations.
- Implement evidence‑based practice, keeping abreast of emerging research, best practices, and national frameworks (e.g., NICE guidelines).
