We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join us! This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £37,676 - £44,811 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Hospital team.

Your role will involve:

  • Provide a professional Occupational Therapy / Reablement Service, including statutory Social Care responsibilities.
  • Contribute to Service delivery that is person-centred and outcome focused with an emphasis on encouraging independence and enabling recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to address complex needs and achieve best outcomes for individuals and their Carers.
  • Work with health colleagues to ensure safe and timely discharges from hospital and step down beds in the community.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Experienced in coordinating/liaising with multiple agencies/organisations.
  • Implement evidence‑based practice, keeping abreast of emerging research, best practices, and national frameworks (e.g., NICE guidelines).
