Corporate Director - Adult Social Care and Health

Kent County Council is seeking anexceptional leader for Adult SocialCare and Health – a role that combines thestatutory duties of the Director of Adult
Social Services (DASS) with system-wideresponsibility for commissioning, publichealth, and integration across healthand care.

This is a defining leadership opportunity atscale. You’ll lead a talented directorate andwork with NHS partners, Integrated CareBoards, districts, and the voluntary sectorto deliver high-quality, sustainable, andperson-centred care for Kent’s residents.

You’ll champion prevention andindependence, strengthen financialresilience, and drive improvement andtransformation across services.
