Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily workload in Radiology and optimise scanner usage and equipment resources.
- Deliver high-quality MRI and radiography services across procedures including abdominal, orthopaedic, vascular, gynaecological, and multi-parametric prostate imaging, with cardiac MRI experience desirable.
- Demonstrate advanced technical and clinical expertise; work independently and with a multi-disciplinary team; adhere to departmental protocols and safety standards.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call service where appropriate to the service demands.
Qualifications:
- Experience in General Radiography and Fluoroscopy/theatre procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of IR(ME)R 24 regulations and IRR17.
- Ability to prioritise clinical needs and ensure safe, patient-centred scanning services.
