This role is ideal for an experienced clinical leader who is passionate about driving innovation, operational excellence and top-tier patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment.

You will shape the future of outpatient services, set and uphold clinical standards, ensure robust pre‑assessment processes, and deliver safe, effective care to patients.

The role drives service improvements and manages multiple priorities, allocating resources and integrating care from minor procedures to specialised cardiac services.

This position is located at Lamberts Road, Swansea, Wales, SA1 8FD, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and mentor a diverse OPD team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture and professional development.
